This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Pipa MOD (“Application”) for mobile devices, which was created by Luciano Pino Games (“Developer”).
The Application is a simulator of battle kites designed to provide a competitive gaming experience. The goal is to fight and cut opposing kites in a virtual sky environment.
Data stored on our servers through the account system may be automatically analyzed to detect cheating (anti-hack measures) and to improve the gameplay experience. These analyses are conducted internally by the Developer and are not shared with third parties.
By using the Application, you agree not to exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages. Using external programs to modify game variables, memory editors, or script injectors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a permanent ban of the account and linked device IDs.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? No. No personal information is transmitted to third parties, sold, or traded.
The Developer does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. All data collected is strictly limited to gameplay analytics and anti-cheat systems. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. To request the deletion of your account data, please contact us via email.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Your continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
